Hello my beauties, I wanted to share with you guys my favorite green smoothie. It's really delicious & gives you tons of energy. I don't usually like a heavy breakfast so I skip it almost everyday & get my drink on. Not only does it give you tons of energy but also increases your chances of loosing weight, which is always a plus! Am I right!
All you need is :
- 2 handfuls of baby spinach
- 1 apple
- 1 banana
- 1 cup of yogurt
- 5 strawberries
- 1/2 orange
Blend well & enjoy every last bit of it.
