Happy Holidays!! From my family to yours! I hope everyone is having a lovely night & safe as well.
Since I am Mexican American, I celebrate my Christmas on Christmas Eve, & look forward to midnight, to open our gifts.
So for this night we are making tamales, posole, & carnitas. As well with some other dishes, I'm not to quit familiar with.(:
